Day 1:
Departure to Ajim to visit the very first Star Wars filming locations in 1976. Continuation to Medenine by ferry and visit of its Ksar. Arrival in Tataouine for lunch. Visit the Berber village of Chenini. Visit Ksar Ouled Soltane. Overnight stay in a troglodyte guesthouse.
Day 2:
Breakfast and departure to Ksar Hadada, the filming location of Mos Espa on the galactic planet Tatooine. Continuing to Tozeur via Douz for lunch. Crossing the Chott el Jerid, the largest salt lake in North Africa, and visit the Star Wars Canyon at Sidi Bouhlel, a natural desert landscape of the Jundland Wastes and pod racing. Check-in at the hotel in Tozeur and possibility to visit the old town. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3:
Breakfast and departure to visit the mountain oases of Chebika, Tamerza, and Midès. Lunch in a local restaurant. Continuing on the Ong Jemel tracks, on the Chott El Gharsa, and stopping at numerous film locations. Passing through Nefta to visit the igloo, the entrance to Lars' farm, and then stopping at the great dune of the sea of sand on the planet Tatooine. Return to the hotel.
Day 4:
Breakfast, departure to Matmata and visit of a troglodyte dwelling. Discovery of the Sidi Driss hotel, which served as a backdrop for the interior of Lars' farm. Lunch. Visit the perched village of Toujene. Return to Djerba via the Roman road.

The force is strong in Tunisia. Standing in the Boonta Eve pod-racing arena, you can almost hear the crowd roar as Anakin Skywalker's podracer speeds across the finish line! As you take a selfie in front of Luke Skywalker's house on the planet Tatooine, is that distant sand cloud the landspeeder of Luke or approaching Imperial Stormtroopers?
Day 1 (Tunis – Kairouan – Tozeur)
The tour begins with a pickup to visit Kairouan and see the 9th-century Aghlabid basins. Pass by the Great Mosque, the oldest in North Africa, with an introduction to some Tunisian traditions. LUNCH in the Medina of Kairouan. Continue visiting. Overnight stay in Tozeur (**** 4-star hotel). DINNER at preferred accommodation.
Day 2 (Tozeur – Tamerza – Chebika – Mides – Sidi Bouhlel – Chott el Jerid – Nefta – Ong Jemel)
BREAKFAST at the hotel then depart to visit the Chebika waterfalls. Visit the Tamerza waterfalls. Visit Mides (Canyons). Discover the Canyon of Sidi Bouhlel where 9 scenes were filmed including: when the Jawas were attacked and buried, Jawa Rock, and the Tusken Raider scenes. Mos Espa film site beautifully set among the Sahara dunes. Here you will find the pod-racing arena, Mos Espa streets, Watto’s shop, the market, and Sebulba’s Café. To the east of the set, you’ll find the Yardangs, where the Jedi duel between Qui-Gon and Darth Maul was filmed in Episode I. This was also the location of the Queen’s Royal Starship. Nearby is Ong Jemel, "the camel's neck," where Darth Maul arrives on Tatooine and releases the Sith probes. After finding Anakin and Qui-Gon, Darth Maul is seen flying over the cliffs. Visit the sea of dunes, the Krayt dragon crest, and the Lars homestead igloo location outside on Chott El Jerid. The location was also used in Attack of the Clones and the final shot of Revenge of the Sith. Overnight stay in Tozeur (**** 4-star hotel). DINNER at preferred accommodation.
Day 3 (Tozeur – Douz – Sahara Desert)
Depart from Tozeur to Douz in a private 4x4 vehicle. Your adventure begins with breathtaking views, passing from green palm lands to golden sand dunes. Continue through the charming vast dunes. Enjoy a delicious DINNER at the camp and enjoy the night drumming around the campfire. Check-in for an overnight stay in Douz (Sahara camp).
Day 4 (Douz – Matmata)
BREAKFAST at the camp then depart to Matmata for the Underground Troglodyte Visit then LUNCH in a Berber underground house. Discover the Sidi Driss Hotel: it served as the interior set for the Lars Moisture farm and Luke Skywalker’s home at the beginning of Star Wars Episode III: "A New Hope". Overnight stay in Matmata (*** 3-star hotel). DINNER at the hotel.
Day 5 (Matmata – Ksar Hadada – Ksar Oued Soltane – Tataouine – Djerba)
BREAKFAST at the hotel then depart from Matmata to Ksar Ouled Soltane, the best-preserved Ksar in southern Tunisia. It was also one of the filming locations for the Slave Quarters Row in The Phantom Menace. Visit "Ksar Hadada", another filming location for the Slave Quarters Row in Star Wars Episode I. There is a scene inside Ksar Hadada where a balcony was used to film Shmi and Qui-Gon Jin talking about Anakin as he works on his Podracer. Visit Tataouine. Although the film was not shot in this town, its name inspired the name of a desert planet. Overnight stay in Djerba (**** 4-star hotel). DINNER at the hotel.
Day 6 (Djerba – Médenine – Tunisia)
BREAKFAST at the hotel then depart from Djerba to Médenine. Your first stop will be Médenine, to start visiting the Slave Quarters Row, and the place where Anakin and Shmi lived. Visit the exterior of the Cantina. The filming location of the Millennium Falcon taking off from Mos Eisley is located in the area next to the Cantina. Just outside the town of Ajim is a historic mosque that was used for the exterior shots of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s house where he lived during his exile. Transfer back to Tunisia. Drop-off at the hotel or the selected location in Tunis, Sousse, or Hammamet.
